procedures and documents that are helpful for LCs and EROs (like sign-in sheets, activity logs, site schedule...)

TaxAide Volunteer Operations Group (T-VOG) is a discussion group for people who occupy leadership positions in AARP Foundation's "Tax-Aide" program. Only people who serve in leadership roles (ERO, VRC, LC, TC, Instructor, CC, AC, TrC, DC, etc.), Tax-Aide National Office staff, and interested IRS personnel are allowed to join.
The group exists to exchange ideas about best practices with respect to all aspects of the Tax-Aide program. Members are encouraged to alert the list when new technical problems are identified or resolved, and to bring their thorniest problems to the group for helpful suggestions. Off-topic posts are discouraged, and general civility is monitored by the owners / moderators.

TA Westchester Bulletin Board (TA-westchester) is a discussion group for Tax-Aide R2 NY1 D5 - Westchester volunteers. Initially this group will be opened to any volunteer who wants to join. LCs & EROs are encouraged to join so that we can determine whether we want to continue using the discussion groups and strongly encourage all volunteers to join.
To join go to the home page , scroll down to the blue box labelled "+Apply For Membership In This Group" and follow instructions.
You doon't have to join to see the Messages that have been sent or the folders (aka # hashtags) where theses messages are stored. Simply click either Messages or Hashtags in the vertical menu bar on the left side of the screen. In Messages you will find that the first item is a post labelled "TA Westchester Bulletin Board User Manual " that should provide what you will need to know.
