Certification

This has to be done 1/yr, in January, 

after you have passed your certification exams.

Click the "Fill out form" button.  The form will open in a new window.  

Follow the instructions on the form.

If you are not signed on chrome with a @gmail.com account you may get an error when you click "Fill out form".  

Hover over the form, a gray box will appear in the upper right corner.  Click it.
